उच्च॑ पर्वतमारूढो भीमकर्मा वृकोदर: । गदापाणिर्नरिव्याप्रो ग्रसन्निव महीमिमाम्,“भयंकर कर्म करनेवाले नरश्रेष्ठ भीमसेन भी हाथमें गदा लिये ऊँचे पर्वतपर आरूढ़ हो इस पृथ्वीको ग्रसते हुए-से स्वप्नमें दिखायी दिये हैं
uccaiḥ parvatam ārūḍho bhīmakarmā vṛkodaraḥ | gadāpāṇir nara-vyāghro grasann iva mahīm imām ||
Sañjaya said: “In a dream, Bhīmasena—terrible in his deeds, the wolf-bellied hero, a tiger among men—was seen having climbed a lofty mountain, mace in hand, as though he were about to swallow up this very earth.”
संजय उवाच
