दण्डनीत्यां यदा राजा सम्यक् कार्त्स्न्येन वर्तते | तदा कृतयुगं नाम काल: श्रेष्ठ: प्रवर्तते,यदि राजा दण्डनीतिके प्रयोगमें पूर्णतः न्यायसे काम लेता है तो जगत्में 'सत्ययुग' नामक उत्तम काल आ जाता है
Transliteration
daṇḍanītyāṃ yadā rājā samyak kārtsnyena vartate | tadā kṛtayugaṃ nāma kālaḥ śreṣṭhaḥ pravartate ||
Translation
When a king conducts himself in the science of punishment and governance with complete and impartial correctness, then the finest age—called the Kṛta Yuga—comes into operation in the world.
