Krishna’s Theophanic Display in the Kuru Assembly

nigrahītuṃ kilecchanti sahitā vāsavānujam | imaṃ puruṣaśārdūlam apradhṛṣyaṃ durāsadam

Vaiśaṃpāyana said: United together, they indeed wish to restrain Vāsava’s younger brother—this tiger among men, one who cannot be overpowered and is difficult to approach. The line underscores the moral tension of confronting a formidable, righteous hero through collective force, hinting at the gravity and consequences of attempting to curb such a person.
