पाण्डवै: संशमं कृत्वा कृत्वा च सुहृदां वच: । सम्प्रीयमाणो मित्रैश्व चिरं भद्राण्यवाप्स्पसि
pāṇḍavaiḥ saṃśamaṃ kṛtvā kṛtvā ca suhṛdāṃ vacaḥ | samprīyamāṇo mitraiś ca ciraṃ bhadrāṇy avāpsyasi ||
Vaiśaṃpāyana said: “By making a peaceful settlement with the Pāṇḍavas, and by heeding the counsel of your well-wishing friends, you will live in harmony with your allies; rejoicing together, you will attain enduring welfare for a long time.”
