अहमप्येकमेवास्यां जनयिष्यामि गालव । पुत्रं द्विज गतं मार्ग गमिष्यामि परैरहम्,“अतः ब्रह्मर्षि गालव! मैं भी इस कन्याके गर्भसे एक ही पुत्र उत्पन्न करूँगा। दूसरे लोग जिस मार्गपर चले हैं, उसीपर मैं भी चलूँगा
aham apy ekam evāsyāṁ janayiṣyāmi gālava | putraṁ dvija gataṁ mārgaṁ gamiṣyāmi parair aham ||
Nārada said: “O Gālava, I too shall beget from this maiden’s womb only a single son. And, O brāhmaṇa, I shall follow the very path that others have already taken.”
