युपर्ण उवाच
This line functions as a colophon rather than a doctrinal verse: it emphasizes textual closure and contextual placement—reminding the reader that the Gālava episode is embedded within the Bhagavad-yāna (Kṛṣṇa’s peace-mission) framework, where questions of dharma, negotiation, and responsibility are foregrounded.
The text is concluding: it announces that the 109th chapter—centered on the Gālava narrative—has ended, and it locates this chapter within the Udyoga Parva’s Bhagavad-yāna section.
