Shloka 36

अरण्यवृत्ति-वैराग्योपदेशः | Forest Discipline and the Program of Non-Attachment

तस्मात्‌ प्रज्ञामृतमिदं चिरान्मां प्रत्युपस्थितम्‌ । तत्‌ प्राप्य प्रार्थये स्थानमव्ययं शाश्रवतं ध्रुवम्‌,आज दीर्घकालके पश्चात्‌ मुझे यह विवेकरूपी अमृत प्राप्त हुआ है। इसे पाकर मैं अक्षय, अविकारी एवं सनातन पदको प्राप्त करना चाहता हूँ

tasmāt prajñāmṛtam idaṃ cirān māṃ pratyupasthitam | tat prāpya prārthaye sthānam avyayaṃ śāśvataṃ dhruvam ||

Therefore, after a long time, this nectar of discernment has at last come before me. Having attained it, I seek that state which is imperishable—unchanging, eternal, and steadfast.
