गां खुराग्रैस्तथा राजन्‌ लिखन्त: प्रययुस्तदा । राजन्‌! उस समय दारुवद्धारा हाँके गये श्रीकृष्णके वे घोड़े अपनी टापोंके अग्रभागसे पृथ्वीपर चिह्न बनाते हुए बड़े वेगसे दौड़े

gāṃ khurāgrais tathā rājan likhantaḥ prayayus tadā |

Vaiśampāyana said: “O King, at that time they sped on, their hoof-tips scoring marks upon the earth.”
