वैशम्पायन उवाच
Ethically grounded action and sincere observance of vows are not wasted; they reliably produce moral and spiritual fruit. The verse affirms the efficacy of disciplined conduct (vrata-caryā) and righteous deeds (karmāṇi) within a dharma framework.
The narrator Vaiśampāyana reports a statement praising a noble woman’s conduct, assuring her that her deeds and vow-practice are ‘amogha’—certain to succeed and yield results—thereby reinforcing confidence in dharmic discipline.
