ब्राह्मे रात्रिक्षये प्राप्ते तस्य हुमिततेजस:,जब प्रलयकी रात व्यतीत हुई थी, उस समय उन अमित तेजस्वी अनिरुद्धकी कृपासे एक कमल प्रकट हुआ। कमलनयन अर्जुन! उसी कमलसे ब्रह्माजीका प्रादुर्भाव हुआ। वे ब्रह्मा भगवान् अनिरुद्धके प्रसादसे ही उत्पन्न हुए हैं
brāhme rātrikṣaye prāpte tasyāmitatejasaḥ | aniruddhasya kṛpayā padmaṃ prādurabhūt tadā | tasmāt padmād abhūd brahmā aniruddhaprasādataḥ ||
When the cosmic night of Brahmā had come to its end, by the grace of the immeasurably radiant Aniruddha a lotus manifested. From that very lotus Brahmā came forth; thus Brahmā’s emergence is said to be due to Aniruddha’s favor.
अर्जुन उवाच
Creation is portrayed as dependent on divine grace: even Brahmā’s arising is attributed to Aniruddha’s prasāda, encouraging humility and devotion toward the supreme source rather than pride in autonomous power.
At the close of the cosmic night (a dissolution phase), a lotus appears by Aniruddha’s grace, and from that lotus Brahmā manifests—linking the renewal of creation to Aniruddha’s favor.
