न तेषां भवता कार्य न कार्य तव तैरपि । स्वकृतैस्तानि यातानि भवांश्वैव गमिष्यति,न उनका तुम कुछ कर सकते हो और न वे तुम्हारे किसी काम आ सकते हैं। वे अपने कर्मोके साथ चले गये और तुम भी चले जाओगे

Transliteration

na teṣāṃ bhavatā kārya na kārya tava tair api | svakṛtais tāni yātāni bhavāṃś caiva gamiṣyati ||

Translation

Vyāsa said: “You can do nothing for them now, nor can they be of any use to you. They have departed, carrying only the consequences of their own deeds; and you too will depart in the same way.”
