आविक्षितस्य वै सत्रे विश्वेदवा: सभासद: । मरुतः परिवेष्टार: साध्याश्नासन्‌ महात्मन:,“महामना मरुत्तके यज्ञमें विश्वेदेवणण सभासद थे और मरुद्गण तथा साध्यगण रसोई परोसनेका काम करते थे

Āvikṣitasya vai satre viśve devāḥ sabhāsadaḥ | marutaḥ pariveṣṭāraḥ sādhyāśnāsan mahātmanaḥ ||

Vāyu said: “In the sacrificial session (satra) of Āvikṣit, the Viśvedevas sat as members of the assembly. The Maruts served as attendants who distributed the offerings and food, while the Sādhyas partook of the meal—thus revealing the extraordinary sanctity and grandeur of that great-souled patron’s rite, where even divine beings assumed orderly roles in support of a properly conducted sacrifice.”
