यो यस्तेषामपचरेत्‌ तमाचक्षीत वै द्विज: । अयं मे न शृणोतीति तस्मिन्‌ राजा प्रधारयेत्‌,इनमेंसे जो भी ब्राह्मणकी आज्ञाके विपरीत आचरण करे, उसके विषयमें ब्राह्मणको राजाके पास जाकर कहना चाहिये कि “अमुक मनुष्य मेरी बात नहीं सुनता है।” तब राजा उसी व्यक्तिको दण्ड दे

Translation

“Whoever among them acts contrary to a Brāhmaṇa’s injunction, the Brāhmaṇa should go to the king and say, ‘This man does not heed my word.’ Then the king should punish that person.”
