मोक्षोपाय-निर्णयः
Determination of the Means to Liberation

अहन्यमानेषु पुनः सर्वमेव पराभवेत् । पूर्वे पूर्वतरे चैव सुशास्या हुभवन् जना:
Transliteration
ahanyamāneṣu punaḥ sarvam eva parābhavet | pūrve pūrvataraś caiva suśāsyā hubhavan janāḥ ||
Translation
If people are not restrained and corrected when they do wrong, then in time everything is brought to ruin. Therefore those who came earlier—and those even more senior—must be well-governed and properly disciplined, so that order and welfare do not collapse.
