चिराभिपन्न: कविश्ि: पूर्व धर्म उदाह्नत: । तेनाचारेण पूर्वेण संस्था भवति शाश्वती,आपने पहले उसी धर्मका वर्णन किया है, जिसे विद्वानलोग चिरकालसे धारण करते चले आ रहे हैं। मैं भी यही समझता हूँ कि उस पूर्वप्रचलित धर्मके आचरणद्वारा ही समाजकी मर्यादा दीर्घकालतक टिकी रहती है

Translation

You have already set forth that ancient Dharma which the learned have upheld from time immemorial. I too hold that it is by practicing that time-honored rule of conduct that the bounds and order of society endure for a long age.
