Nārada said: As that great-souled one was withdrawing the fire born of wrath, a woman with embodied form suddenly manifested, as though arising from all his senses, as if from every quarter of the sky.

Anger is a powerful, quasi-elemental force (likened to fire) that must be consciously withdrawn and governed; even when restrained, its residual energy can take form and create further moral responsibility for the agent.
Nārada describes a moment when a great being restrains an anger-born fire; at that very time a woman of embodied form manifests, as if emerging from his faculties and from the expanse of the sky—signaling the externalization of a controlled but potent inner force.
