Vyāsa said: The dharma that is seen in the Kṛta Yuga—complete and fully established—is also found established in other ages among brāhmaṇas who are self-controlled, devoted to austerity, and grounded in sacred learning.

The highest dharma associated with the Kṛta (Satya) Yuga is not confined to that age; it continues to exist wherever people—especially brāhmaṇas—maintain self-control, practice austerity, and live by Vedic/scriptural wisdom.
In Śānti Parva’s instruction on righteousness and social order, Vyāsa explains how true dharma can still be recognized in later yugas by observing exemplary individuals—those disciplined in mind, committed to tapas, and established in śruti-based learning.
