प्रलय-प्रक्रिया (Pralaya Process) — Guṇa-Withdrawal and Pratisaṃcara
शक्र उवाच आप एव मनजुष्येषु द्रवन्त्य: परिचारिणी: । तास्ते पादं तितिक्षन्तामलमापस्तितिक्षितुम्
śakra uvāca āpa eva manuṣyeṣu dravantyaḥ paricāriṇyaḥ | tāste pādaṃ titikṣantām alam āpas titikṣitum ||
Śakra said: “In the human world, it is the waters alone that flow everywhere as attendants. Let those waters bear your foot; the waters are fully capable of enduring this burden.”
शक्र उवाच
Endurance (titikṣā) and suitability: the burden should be placed where it can be borne without harm, and the capacity to sustain is itself a virtue aligned with cosmic order.
Indra (Śakra) explains that in the human realm waters move everywhere like attendants, so they should bear the (symbolic) foot—i.e., accept and sustain the assigned share of a burden because they are capable of it.
