Manifest–Unmanifest Discrimination and the Supreme Path of Withdrawal

त्रैलोक्यं सर्वभूतेशे चक्रवत्परिवर्तते । तुम भी यह सब सुननेके योग्य अधिकारी हो; अतः भगवान्‌ श्रीकृष्णका जो कल्याणमय उत्कृष्ट माहात्म्य है, उसे सुनो। यह जो सृष्टि-प्रलयरूप अनादि, अनन्त कालचक्र है, वह श्रीकृष्णका ही स्वरूप है। सर्वभूतेश्वर श्रीकृष्णमें ये तीनों लोक चक्रकी भाँति घूम रहे हैं

trailokyaṁ sarvabhūteśe cakravat parivartate |

Bhīṣma said: “The three worlds revolve like a wheel within Śrī Kṛṣṇa, the Lord of all beings. You are fit to hear this; therefore listen to the auspicious and supreme greatness of Bhagavān Śrī Kṛṣṇa. This beginningless and endless wheel of time—manifesting as creation and dissolution—is itself His very form; and within Him the three worlds turn ceaselessly like a wheel.”
