भीष्म उवाच अध्यात्ममिति मां पार्थ यदेतदनुपृच्छसि । तद्‌ व्याख्यास्यामि ते तात श्रेयस्करतमं सुखम्‌,भीष्मजीने कहा--तात! कुन्तीनन्दन! तुम जिस अध्यात्मज्ञानके विषयमें पूछ रहे हो, उसकी व्याख्या मैं तुम्हारे लिये करता हूँ; वह परम कल्याणकारी और सुखस्वरूप है

Translation

Bhishma said: “My son, O son of Pritha! Since you ask about the knowledge called adhyātma, I shall explain it to you. It is supremely beneficial, and it is of the very nature of bliss.”
