ब्रह्म चैव परं सृष्टं ये न जानन्ति तेडद्विजा: । तेषां बहुविधास्त्वन्यास्तत्र तत्र हि जातयः,जो इस सारी सृष्टिको परब्रह्म परमात्माका रूप नहीं जानते हैं, वे द्विज कहलानेके अधिकारी नहीं हैं। ऐसे लोगोंको नाना प्रकारकी दूसरी-दूसरी योनियोंमें जन्म लेना पड़ता है

Translation

Bharadvāja said: “Those who do not know that the Supreme Brahman—the highest Self—is the very form of all this creation are not fit to be called dvijas. Such people must be born again and again in many different wombs and modes of life, here and there.”
