त्रिवर्गविचारः

Tri-varga Deliberation: Dharma, Artha, Kāma

कर्म यच्छुभमेवेह सद्धिराचरितं च यत्‌ । तदेव ज्ञानयुक्तस्य मुनेर्वर्त्म न हीयते,इस जगत्‌में जो केवल शुभ (कल्याणकारी) कर्म है तथा सत्पुरुषोंने जिसका आचरण किया है, वही ज्ञानवान्‌ मुनिका मार्ग है। वह स्वभावत:ः उसका आचरण करता है। उससे कभी च्युत नहीं होता

karma yacchubham eveha saddhir ācaritaṃ ca yat | tad eva jñānayuktasya muner vartma na hīyate ||

Bhishma said: In this world, the truly auspicious deeds—those practiced by the good—are precisely the path of the sage endowed with knowledge. He follows them as a matter of his very nature, and he never falls away from that course.
