सो5हमन्त्यावसायानां हराम्येनां प्रतिग्रहात् । न स्तैन्यदोषं पश्यामि हरिष्यामि श्वजाघनीम्,“अतः इन चाण्डालोंके घरसे मैं यह कुत्तेकी जाँघ चुराये लेता हूँ। किसीके यहाँ दान लेनेसे अधिक दोष मुझे इस चोरीमें नहीं दिखायी देता है; अतः अवश्य ही इसका अपहरण करूँगा!”
Translation
“Therefore I shall steal this dog’s thigh from the house of the Caṇḍālas, the lowest of men. I see no fault in this theft greater than in accepting alms; therefore I will surely take it!”
