नित्ययुक्ताश्न ते भृत्या भवन्तु रणकोविदा: । वाजिनां च प्रयोगेषु वैशारद्यमिहेष्यते,तुम्हारे सभी सेवक सदा उद्योगशील तथा युद्धकी कलामें कुशल हों। घोड़ोंकी सवारी करने अथवा उन्हें हाँकनेमें भी उनको विशेष चतुर होना चाहिये
nityayuktāśn te bhṛtyā bhavantu raṇakovidāḥ | vājīnāṃ ca prayogeṣu vaiśāradyam iheṣyate ||
Bhīṣma said: “Let your attendants be ever disciplined and constantly engaged in their duties, and let them be skilled in the arts of war. In the handling and employment of horses as well, expertise is to be sought here—so that your service and preparedness are never found wanting.”
