युधिछिर उवाच
A ruler must recognize when the right moment (kāla) has arrived and act decisively, while also honoring wise guidance—here, Yudhiṣṭhira authorizes Kṛṣṇa’s timely action as part of dharmic leadership.
Yudhiṣṭhira reflects that the situation has reached a decisive point and tells Kṛṣṇa (Mādhava) that it is now appropriate for him to go to the relevant place/mission, expressing approval for Kṛṣṇa’s departure.
