Transliteration

yad gadābhihato bhīmo nākampata padāt padam | rājan |

Translation

Sañjaya said: O King, though Bhīma was struck by the mace, he did not so much as shift a single step. This steadfastness in the midst of a crushing blow was a marvel, and the warriors on all sides praised it greatly—an emblem of unshaken resolve amid the fury of battle.
