Plakṣaprasravaṇa–Kārapacana tīrtha-varṇana and Nārada’s war briefing (Śalya-parva, Adhyāya 53)

Rāma said: “For them there will be residence in the heaven of the Thirty-three gods for as long as the earth endures. Those kings and men who perform great sacrifices here attain heaven and remain there so long as this world continues.”
राम उवाच
The verse links righteous ritual action—especially the performance of great sacrifices by rulers and householders—with lasting heavenly reward, emphasizing the moral economy of karma: properly undertaken dharmic deeds yield enduring merit.
Rāma is describing the फल (result) of performing major yajñas: those who undertake such grand sacrificial rites are said to dwell in Trivīṣṭapa (heaven) for as long as the earth itself continues.
