तमब्रवील्लोकगुरुररुणायां यथाविधि
tam abravīl lokagurur aruṇāyāṃ yathāvidhi
Vaiśampāyana said: Then the revered teacher of the world addressed him at dawn, in the proper and prescribed manner—speaking as one who upholds right conduct even amid the turmoil of war.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights yathāvidhi—acting and speaking according to proper rule and ethical propriety—suggesting that even in a war setting, authoritative counsel should be delivered with discipline, legitimacy, and respect for dharma.
