आजगाम महाभागा तत्र पुण्या सरस्वती । महाराज! राजाधिराज! उन सत्रयाजी (ज्ञानयज्ञ करनेवाले) ऋषियोंके ध्यान लगानेपर महाभागा पुण्यसलिला सरस्वतीदेवी उन समागत महात्माओंकी सहायताके लिये वहाँ आयीं

Transliteration

Vaiśampāyana uvāca: ājagāma mahābhāgā tatra puṇyā Sarasvatī | mahārāja! rājādhirāja! teṣāṃ satrayājīnāṃ ṛṣīṇāṃ dhyānaṃ pravartamānaṃ dṛṣṭvā mahābhāgā puṇya-salilā Sarasvatī-devī samāgatānāṃ mahātmanāṃ sahāyatārthaṃ tatraivājagāma |

Translation

Vaiśampāyana said: “Then the blessed and sacred river Sarasvatī came there. O great king, O king of kings! When those sages—performers of the sacrificial rite of knowledge—fixed their minds in meditation, the illustrious goddess Sarasvatī, whose waters are holy, arrived at that very place to aid the assembled great souls.”
