Transliteration

pratyudyayus tadā pārthā jaya-gṛddhāḥ pramanyavaḥ |

Translation

Sañjaya said: Then the sons of Pṛthā surged forward to meet the attack—eager for victory and inflamed with righteous wrath. Forming their battle array and striking with practiced skill, the Pāṇḍavas quickly advanced to confront the oncoming enemy.
