Aśvatthāmā’s Buddhi-Doctrine and Nocturnal Incursion Resolve (अश्वत्थाम्नः बुद्धिविचारः सौप्तिकसंकल्पश्च)

कारणान्तरयोगेन योगे येषां समागति: । अन्योन्येन च तुष्यन्ति बहु मन्यन्ति चासकृत्‌,“यदि किन्हीं दूसरे कारणोंके संयोगसे एक समुदायमें जिनके-जिनके विचार परस्पर मिल जाते हैं, वे एक-दूसरेसे संतुष्ट होते हैं और बारंबार एक-दूसरेके प्रति अधिक सम्मान प्रकट करते हैं

Through the conjunction of other causes, some come together in a single company; their thoughts meet one another. They are pleased with each other, and again and again show ever greater regard.
