दिशं प्राचीं समाश्रित्य हृष्टानां गच्छतां भृशम्‌ । रथनेमिस्वनाश्रैव श्रूयन्ते लोमहर्षणा:

Transliteration

diśaṁ prācīṁ samāśritya hṛṣṭānāṁ gacchatāṁ bhṛśam | rathanemisvanāś caiva śrūyante lomaharṣaṇāḥ ||

Translation

Sañjaya said: “Turning toward the eastern quarter, the Pāṇḍava warriors, filled with exhilaration and moving with great speed, are heard by the thrilling sounds of their chariot-wheels.”
