शतं शतसहस्राणि धर्मिणां त॑ प्रजेश्वरम्‌ । उपासते महात्मानं रूपयुक्ता मनस्विन:,सुन्दर रूप धारण करनेवाले एक करोड़ धर्मात्मा एवं मनस्वी पुरुष महात्मा यमकी उपासना करते हैं

śataṃ śata-sahasrāṇi dharmiṇāṃ ta prajeśvaram | upāsate mahātmānaṃ rūpa-yuktā manasvinaḥ ||

Nārada said: “Hundreds and hundreds of thousands of righteous, resolute men—endowed with splendid forms—worship that great-souled Lord of creatures.”
