वैशम्पायन उवाच एवमुक्ते तु वचने धर्मराजेन धीमता । धिग्धिगित्येव वृद्धानां सभ्यानां नि:ःसृता गिर:,वैशम्पायनजी कहते हैं--जनमेजय! बुद्धिमान् धर्मराजके ऐसा कहते ही उस सभामें बैठे हुए बड़े-बूढ़े लोगोंके मुखसे “धिक्कार है, धिक््कार है” की आवाज आने लगी
Translation
Vaiśampāyana said: O King Janamejaya, when the wise Dharmarāja had spoken thus, from the mouths of the elders and the courtiers seated in the hall there burst forth the cry: “Shame! Shame!”
