शशंसुर्निर्वता: सर्वे दृष्टवा कृष्णस्य विक्रमम्‌ । बड़े-बड़े ऋषि, महात्मा ब्राह्मणों तथा महाबली भूमिपालोंने भगवान्‌ श्रीकृष्णका वह पराक्रम देखकर अत्यन्त प्रसन्न हो उनकी स्तुति करते हुए उन्हींकी शरण ली

Transliteration

śaśaṃsur nirvatāḥ sarve dṛṣṭvā kṛṣṇasya vikramam |

Translation

Vaiśampāyana said: All of them, filled with joy on witnessing Kṛṣṇa’s mighty prowess, broke into praise; the great ṛṣis, saintly brāhmaṇas, and powerful kings, delighted by what they had seen, extolled him and sought refuge in him.
