स्ववीर्य क्षत्रियाणां तु बाह्वोर्धाता न्यवेशयत् । तद् दिदृक्षसि चेद् राजन द्रष्टास्यद्य न संशय:,विधाताने क्षत्रियोंका अपना बल उनकी भुजाओंमें ही भर दिया है। राजन! यदि आज उसे देखना चाहते हो तो निश्चय ही देख लोगे
svavīryaṃ kṣatriyāṇāṃ tu bāhvor dhātā nyaveśayat | tad didṛkṣasi ced rājan draṣṭāsy adya na saṃśayaḥ ||
Kṛṣṇa said: “The Creator has lodged the Kṣatriyas’ own valor in their very arms. O King, if you wish to behold that power, you will surely see it today—there is no doubt.”
श्रीकृष्ण उवाच
The verse frames martial prowess as an ordained, innate capacity of Kṣatriyas—valor is ‘placed’ in their arms by the Creator—implying that rightful strength and responsibility are integral to Kṣatriya-dharma and will manifest when tested.
Kṛṣṇa addresses a king and assures him that if he wishes to witness the Kṣatriyas’ inherent power, he will see it that very day—signaling an imminent demonstration of warrior strength and resolve.
