एष श्रिय: समुदिता: सर्वराज्ञां ग्रहीष्यति । वर्षास्विवोदीर्णजला नदीर्नदनदीपति:,“यह समस्त राजाओंकी संगृहीत सम्पदाओंको उसी प्रकार अपने अधिकारमें कर लेगा, जैसे नदों और नदियोंका अधिपति समुद्र वर्षा-ऋतुमें बढ़े हुए जलवाली नदियोंको अपनेमें मिला लेता है
Translation
He will draw into his own dominion the amassed fortunes of all kings, as the ocean—lord of rivers and streams—during the rainy season gathers the swollen waters of the rivers into itself.
