राजसूयविचारः — Deliberation on the Rajasuya and the Summoning of Kṛṣṇa
पितामहसभायां तु कथितास्ते महर्षय: । सर्वे देवनिकायाश्ष सर्वशास्त्राणि चैव ह,ब्रह्माजीकी सभामें आपने महर्षियों, सम्पूर्ण देवगणों तथा समस्त शास्त्रोंकी स्थिति बतायी है
pitāmahasabhāyāṁ tu kathitās te maharṣayaḥ | sarve devanīkāyāś ca sarvaśāstrāṇi caiva ha ||
Yudhiṣṭhira said: “In the assembly of the Grandsire you have described the presence and standing of the great seers—indeed, of all the hosts of gods as well—and even of all the sacred sciences.”
युधिछ्िर उवाच
The verse underscores that rightful governance and judgment rest on recognizing legitimate sources of authority—seers, divine order, and the disciplines of śāstra—so that decisions align with dharma rather than mere power.
Yudhiṣṭhira addresses the speaker and acknowledges a prior description of Pitāmaha’s (Brahmā’s) assembly, where great sages, the hosts of gods, and the totality of śāstric knowledge are said to be present—highlighting the grandeur and normative authority of that divine council.
