Nārada said: Into that splendid hall come, together, the companies of Gandharvas and Apsarases—twenty groups in all—along with seven other eminent Gandharvas. From every direction the Lokapālas also arrive, marking the assembly as a cosmic court where order, rank, and rightful authority are publicly affirmed.
नारद उवाच
The verse underscores dharmic legitimacy through cosmic recognition: when divine orders (Gandharvas, Apsarases, Lokapālas) gather in a royal hall, it signals that authority and hierarchy are not merely political but aligned with a wider moral and cosmic order.
Nārada is describing the grandeur of the assembly hall: hosts of Gandharvas and Apsarases arrive together, along with additional eminent Gandharvas and the Lokapālas from all directions, emphasizing the hall’s universal, almost heavenly character.
