अपन क्रात बछ। अर: 2 अष्टात्रिशो&् ध्याय: कर्णके द्वारा 530 अर्जुनका पता बतानेवालेको नाना प्रकारकी डा और इच्छानुसार धन देनेकी षणा संजय उवाच प्रयाणे च तत: कर्णो हर्षयन् वाहिनीं तव । एकैकं समरे दृष्टवा पाण्डवान् पर्यमृच्छत
sañjaya uvāca |
prayāṇe ca tataḥ karṇo harṣayan vāhinīṁ tava |
ekaikaṁ samare dṛṣṭvā pāṇḍavān paryamṛcchat ||
Sañjaya said: “O King, as the army set forth, Karna—gladdening your host—looked upon the Pāṇḍavas on the battlefield and went about addressing them one by one.”
