The Crow-and-Swan Exemplum as Counsel to Karṇa
यथा त्वं मे कथयसे तथा युद्धमवर्तत । न सन्ति सूत कौरव्या इति मे निश्चिता मतिः
yathā tvaṁ me kathayase tathā yuddham avartata | na santi sūta kauravyā iti me niścitā matiḥ ||
Sañjaya said: “Just as you describe it to me, so indeed did the battle unfold. Therefore, O Sūta, my conviction is now firm: the Kauravas are no more.”
