तालशब्दांश्व विविधाज्शूराणां चाभिगर्जताम् | श्र॒त्वा तत्र भृशं त्रेसु: पेतुर्मम्लुश्न सैनिका:
Translation
Hearing the many sharp claps and blows, and the roars of the heroes who bellowed in their faces, many soldiers there trembled in fear; some fell down, and some were overcome with faintness and despair.
