अथ कृष्णौ शरशतैरश्वत्थाम्नारदिता भृशम् स्वरश्मिजालविकचीौ युगान्ताकाविवासतु:
Translation
Then Aśvatthāmā, in turn, struck Śrī Kṛṣṇa and Arjuna hard with hundreds of arrows. At that moment the two of them seemed like two suns at the end of an age, spreading their nets of rays in every direction.
