प्रत्युद्यान्ती तमेवैषा कृत्येव दुरधिष्ठिता । जघान चास्थितं वीरं श्रुतायुधममर्षणम्,जैसे दोषयुक्त आभिचारिक क्रियासे उत्पन्न हुई कृत्या उसका प्रयोग करनेवाले यजमानका ही नाश कर देती है, उसी प्रकार उस गदाने लौटकर वहाँ खड़े हुए अमर्षशील वीर श्रुतायुधको मार डाला
Translation
That mace turned back upon him, like an uncontrollable kṛtyā—born of a flawed act of sorcery—that destroys the very patron who set it in motion. In the same way, the mace recoiled and struck down the hot-tempered hero Śrutāyudha as he stood there.
