चापमण्डलमेवास्य विस्फुरद् दिक्ष्वदृश्यत । सुदीप्तस्य शरत्काले सवितुर्मण्डलं यथा,जैसे शरद्-ऋतुमें अत्यन्त प्रकाशित होनेवाले सूर्यदेवका मण्डल दृष्टिगोचर होता है, उसी प्रकार अभिमन्युका मण्डलाकार धनुष ही सम्पूर्ण दिशाओंमें उद्भधासित होता दिखायी देता था
Translation
Only the flashing circle of his bow was seen in every direction. Like the radiant disk of the sun blazing in the autumn season, so Abhimanyu’s ring-like bow seemed to shine forth across all quarters.
