तन्मया त्वत्कृते चैतदन््यथा व्यपनामितम् । विमुक्तं परमास्त्रेण जहि पार्थ महासुरम्,“अतः मैनें तुम्हारी रक्षाके लिये उस अस्त्रको दूसरे प्रकारसे उसके पाससे हटा दिया है। पार्थ! अब वह महान् असुर उस उत्कृष्ट अस्त्रसे वंचित हो गया है। अतः तुम उसे मार डालो
Translation
“And for your protection I have diverted that weapon from him by another means. O Pārtha, that great asura has now been deprived of the supreme weapon. Therefore, slay him.”
