Vyāsa said: “Neither by weapon nor by thunderbolt, neither by fire nor by wind; neither by what is wet nor by what is dry; neither by the moving nor by the unmoving—by none of these can anyone, by any means, injure you while my grace stands over you. When you reach the battlefield, you will become even stronger than I.”
व्यास उवाच
The verse teaches the power of protective grace: when a higher moral-spiritual protection is affirmed, fear of external forces—weapon, element, or creature—falls away, strengthening resolve to act rightly in a perilous duty.
Vyāsa reassures the addressed person that no form of harm—whether from weapons, natural elements, or living beings—can touch them under his grace, and that upon entering the battlefield their strength will increase greatly.
