Sañjaya reports an urgent instruction addressed to Dhṛṣṭadyumna and Sātyaki: Dhṛṣṭadyumna is told to withdraw with the Pāñcāla forces, and Sātyaki to depart home under the protection of Vṛṣṇi and Andhaka warriors—signaling a moment of crisis and regrouping.
