Shloka 11

एतान्यमर्षस्थानानि मर्षितानि मयानघ । क्षत्रधर्मप्रसक्तेन सर्वमेतदनुछितम्‌,“अनघ! ये सारे अन्याय अमर्षके स्थान थे--असहा थे, परंतु मैंने सब चुपचाप सह लिये। क्षत्रिय-धर्ममें आसक्त होनेके कारण ही यह सब कुछ सहन किया गया है

sañjaya uvāca | etāny amarṣasthānāni marṣitāni mayānagha | kṣatradharmaprasaktena sarvam etad anucitam ||

Sañjaya said: “O blameless one, these were occasions fit to provoke intolerable indignation; yet I endured them. Being devoted to the kṣatriya code, I bore all this—even though it was improper.”
