स ताड्यमानो बहुभिर्भीमसेनो महाबल: । पज्चभि: पज्चश्रि: सर्वास्तानविध्यच्छितै: शरै:,बहुत-से योद्धाओंकी मार खाकर महाबली भीमसेनने उन सबको पाँच-पाँच तीखे बाणोंसे घायल कर दिया

Transliteration

sa tāḍyamāno bahubhir bhīmaseno mahābalaḥ | pañcabhiḥ pañcaśaḥ sarvāṁs tān avidhyac chitaiḥ śaraiḥ ||

Translation

Sañjaya said: “Though struck again and again by many warriors, the mighty Bhīmasena did not waver; swiftly he pierced each of them with five keen arrows. Amid the chaos, he answered assault with disciplined, measured force.”
